Vlogging: What Will Happen to Blogging

I believe that all of us here aware that the information technology evolves rapidly. And it affecting all businesses that you can think of, from traditional administrative works to smart monitoring of agriculture sector.

Diving into the world of blogging, people writing about the things they love and are good at for the purpose of sharing information. Their writings are often hosted using free and premium platform in order to reach all the people around the globe.

Now comes vlogging. The era of expressing yourself through video recording. It requires you to have a video recording device to shoot and capture your live moment. Sufficiently, you can use your own smartphone to do that but to more advance vloggers, they basically use the DSLR cameras, and of course there are more types of camcoder out there that they are using.

And even if the vlog is not about capturing live moment, but a tutorial of doing something using a software on a desktop PC, it can be recorded and post edited very easily. Thanks to the recording software that have been developed.

The question now is what will happen to blogging in the next couple of years when video recording devices are easily obtained and owned? Personally, I still feel like blogging is the way to go. I just can’t be in front of a camera.

So, what are you thoughts to blogging VS vlogging? Are you a blogger, vlogger or even both? Feel free to drop some comments down below. I love to read your input.

With more than 10 years of working experiences, I find myself to be a dynamic person who adapts to the changes of working environment. Even though I am multitasking, I do not consider myself as an expert in the niche of what I do. Nevertheless, I believe I have a fair amount of knowledge that many people might find very useful.
